The Purpose of the Totally Fit Body:
The purpose of the Totally Fit System is to help you take care of your body so that you can live on earth as long as God intended you to live.
Here are the steps to complete your registration:
  1. Read and sign the Letter of Expectation.
  2. Complete the Registration form (TFL coaches can assist you in taking your measurements, weight, and photo.)
  3. Read and sign the Boot Camp Commitment Form.
  4. Watch the Daily Reporting Tutorial video.
  5. Watch the TFL Seminar video.
  6. Submit all completed forms 1 week prior to cycle start date
