(for students graduating from the 12th grade)
We would like to recognize and celebrate the members of Saint Paul Church who are graduating from high school with a special token of love. Your photo will be displayed, and you will be acknowledged during our in-person "Celebration of Excellence Program" on June 28, 2026. We kindly ask that you attend the event wearing your cap and gown.
If you are under 18 years of age and wish to have your photo displayed during the program, your parents must complete the Photo Release Form.
SAINT PAUL ACADEMIC ADVANCEMENT
& ACHIEVEMENT
(for students transitioning through grade school or completing a degree)
Saint Paul Church wishes to honor students who are advancing in their academic pursuits, such as transitioning from kindergarten to first grade, from elementary to middle school, from middle to high school, from post-college to seminary, and so on. We will display your photo during the "Celebration of Excellence Program" on June 28, 2026. Please complete the forms by June 12, 2026, by clicking the links below. High school graduates do not need to complete this form.
