Psalm 139:14 - I will praise you because you are wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.

ABOUT THE SERIES: Mental health is something many of us navigate alone. It shouldn't be that way. Our Mental Wellness Summer series is a place for young adults aged 18-35 to have real conversations about mental health in a supportive, judgment-free environment that is rooted in faith. Together, we'll explore topics like stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional wellness, and resilience through honest discussion, Scripture, interactive activities, and practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Sessions are led by licensed therapists and trained counselors who understand the importance of caring for both your faith and your mental well-being. Whether you're looking for encouragement, practical resources, or simply a community that gets it, this series is designed to help you grow, heal, and be reminded that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Come as you are, ask questions, and join us as we connect and grow together.
